In the content creation game, the ability to publish high-quality and consistent content is the top factor that determines success in the marketing world.
Previously, content creation was a significant barrier for marketers, but now, with the help of AI technology, this task has become much easier.
To create 80+ posts per month, that’s equivalent to producing 20+ posts per week, or 3+ posts per day.
And to achieve this, here’s a step-by-step guide on how I do it:
Monday & Tuesday: Idea Generation + Platform Optimization
You can use two AI tools—ChatGPT and FAQfox—to generate content ideas.
For example: If you are selling products related to sports shoes, you could ask ChatGPT or FAQfox the following question: “Can you write 20 blog posts about men’s running shoes?”
Wednesday & Thursday: Write and Edit Scripts
After gathering content ideas on Monday and Tuesday, now it’s time to write and polish them into full-fledged posts.
I use two essential tools for this: Hemingway Editor and Grammarly. These tools help you streamline your writing, correct grammar mistakes, and make your sentences more vivid, concise, and clear, ensuring that your message is delivered effectively.
Friday: Research + Create Images and Sounds
There are plenty of AI tools that assist in creating vibrant and appealing images. My recommended tools are:
- Adobe Stock: A massive repository of free, high-quality stock images, where you can find exclusive, beautiful visuals for your content ideas.
- Storyblocks: A service offering millions of royalty-free graphic resources, including images, sound clips, video footage, and After Effects templates.
- Leonardo AI: A powerful AI tool that creates images from text. For example, you could type a command like, “Generate an image of a charming woman wearing a traditional Ao Dai standing on a house porch.”
With these three AI tools, I’m confident you can become a professional content creator without having to learn complex editing software.
For sound, you can use Soundraw, an AI music generator that allows you to customize the length, composition, and instruments of unique music tracks—completely for free.
Saturday: Video Creation
Using the images and audio you’ve prepared throughout the week, you can transform a written post into a video clip or postcard in the most engaging way possible with AI tools.
Specifically, you can use:
- Capcut
- Munch
- Adobe Express
These tools will help you bring your content to life in a visually appealing and dynamic manner.
Sunday: Schedule Posts
Meta Business Suite is a completely free tool that allows you to manage activities on both Facebook and Instagram. With it, you can oversee all the accounts you or your business owns and manages.
Meta Business Suite’s main features include audience insights, scheduling posts, and managing ads—quickly and efficiently.
This is the action plan for one week to create 20+ posts. You can certainly refer to and apply this strategy to your affiliate marketing or business endeavors.
